Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make a trial class, it is your responsibility to notify Ladybug Learning of your intended absence via email at hello@ladybuglearning.com.au by 9pm the evening prior to your trial class. Failure to notify us in time will result in losing your class spot, as this policy ensures fairness and allows other students the opportunity to book into that class. If not notified by 9pm the evening prior, the full fee for the trial class will be charged, and no makeup sessions will be available. Cancellations made by 9pm the evening prior will provide you the chance to attend a makeup session. Every effort will be made to book a makeup session for your child. As this makeup session is for a term class, we will try to schedule it as soon as possible, recognising that lessons are sequential and build on one another. To maximise the benefits of their lessons, please ensure your child is prepared and ready to start on time, as missed time cannot be made up. Ladybug Learning will strive to run all scheduled sessions but reserves the right to cancel if necessary. If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via phone or email. In such cases, an alternative makeup class will be offered; if not possible, a credit or full refund will be issued. Ladybug Learning reserves the right to refuse classes to enrolled students if fees are not paid in advance. Please note that each child is only able to attend a maximum of 2 paid trial classes per calendar year. For more details, refer to our Terms and Conditions on our website.
