Service Description
This school readiness class is crafted for children currently attending 4-year old kinder, to ensure they begin their primary school journey with confidence and a passion for learning. We provide engaging and interactive experiences that nurture creativity and curiosity, setting a strong foundation for their success. What we do: * Build upon letter sound knowledge and phonological awareness, including blending of sounds * Develop handwriting skills, strengthen fine motor skills * Continue to develop independence, emotional and social skills * Maximum 8 children per class Note: 10 March, 2025 is Labour Day and classes will not run on that day
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make a class, it is your responsibility to notify Ladybug Learning of your intended absence via email at hello@ladybuglearning.com.au by 9pm the evening prior to your enrolled class. Failure to notify us in time will result in losing your class spot, as this policy ensures fairness and allows other students the opportunity to book into that class. If not notified by 9pm the evening prior, the full fee for the class will be charged, and no makeup sessions will be available. Cancellations made by 9pm the evening prior will provide you the chance to attend a makeup session. Every effort will be made to book a makeup session for your child. For a term class makeup session, we will try to schedule it within the same week, recognising that lessons are sequential and build on one another. Students are expected to attend sessions until the end of the term. Cancellations before the term concludes will incur a fee of 50% for all remaining sessions. To maximise the benefits of their lessons, please ensure your child is prepared and ready to start on time, as missed time cannot be made up. Ladybug Learning will strive to run all scheduled sessions but reserves the right to cancel if necessary. If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via phone or email. In such cases, an alternative makeup class will be offered; if not possible, a credit or full refund will be issued. Payment of term fees is required in advance of attendance. If your child stops attending without notification, you will still be responsible for the fees, as this holds their place in the class and prevents us from offering it to another family. Ladybug Learning reserves the right to refuse classes to enrolled students if fees are not paid in advance. For more details, refer to our Terms and Conditions on our website.
